One important skill that I hope my students learn from spending a school year with me is organization.  I am a very organized person and I run my classroom very efficiently.  I value organization so much that I give time in class at the end of the day for the students to get themselves, their area and their things organized.  I call this time “MOOSE”.  This routine is posted in my room and we practiced this at the beginning of the year, so it is a habit to do in class!
